Terms of Service

By accessing or using VidBucks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VidBucks. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Account Rules

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in termination of all accounts.
• Maximum 2 accounts per household. No more than two accounts may operate from the same residential IP address or network.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid, non-disposable email address.
• Account sharing is not permitted.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unredeemed earnings:

• Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated tools
• Using VPNs, proxies, or tor while earning
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the earning system
• Using ad blockers while on earning pages
• Incentivizing others to click on advertisements
• Running the site in multiple browser tabs simultaneously to earn
• Using virtual machines or emulators to create additional sessions
• Any form of click fraud or impression fraud
• Providing false information during account creation
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors (please report these to support)

4. Earnings and Points

• Earnings are calculated based on your activity on the platform, including watch time and completed offers.
• Earning rates may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to adjust, recalculate, or void earnings that result from fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Points have no cash value until redeemed for gift cards.
• The signup bonus is a one-time credit per person, per device. Duplicate signup bonuses will be revoked.

5. Cashout and Redemption

• Minimum cashout threshold is $25.00.
• Your account must be at least 7 days old to make your first cashout.
• Gift cards are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once issued.
• We reserve the right to require phone verification before processing cashout requests.
• Cashout requests may be reviewed for fraud before processing.
• We reserve the right to delay or deny cashout requests if we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Referral Program

• You earn a commission (currently 30%) on the earnings of users who sign up through your referral link.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself with a second account) are prohibited.
• Referral commissions are subject to a 7-day pending period before becoming redeemable.
• We reserve the right to modify the referral commission rate at any time.
• Referral abuse (including referral rings, fake accounts, or incentivized signups through misleading claims) will result in termination.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination for cause:

• All unredeemed earnings are forfeited.
• Your device fingerprint and/or IP address may be banned.
• You may not create a new account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Earnings vary based on video availability, advertiser demand, geographic location, and other factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidBucks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, earnings, or data, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
